How much are the registration fees?
The meetings are free and open to everyone interested. All you need to do to register is sign-up and R.S.V.P. to the event that interests you.
How do I access the Zoom webinar?
If you have registered to an event, you will receive an email a bit before the date of the meeting with instructions on how to attend the talks and participate to the discussion.
I could not register because the event was full, what now?
You are on the waiting list. If someone cancels their registration, you'll be notified by email. We are also thinking of a way to record and stream past talks for those who could not attend to watch the seminar later. More on this coming soon.
I already submitted an abstract for the conference that was scheduled on June 25-26, 2020 but cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Was that for nothing?
Absolutely not! We still have all your submissions. If there is an event for which you wish to present this work, you can simply register to it. Please also send us an email to let us know that we should review your abstract.
